Event Format
  • Elimination heats to find a maximum of 30 cars to contest the finals

  • Heats run under the existing 3 heat championship format

  • Qualifying heats will run over a minimum 15 laps

  • Final heats will run over a minimum 15 laps

  • Points will be awarded as per finishing position with maximum points for first in each heat descending in finishing order

  • The highest point scorer over three heats shall be the winner. In the event of a points tie there shall be a four-lap run off

General Information
Vehicle Checking
  • Friday 27 February between 9am and 4pm at Forest Estate Wines
Practice & Familiarisation
  • Thursday 26 February between 7PM and 9PM. Safety Check only and Log Books are required. Gates open at 5PM
Drivers Briefing
  • Friday 27 February at 5.30pm at the Eastern States Speedway Clubrooms. Drivers only are to attend. A Roll Call will be taken. A marble Grid Draw will be completed at the conclusion of the Drivers Briefing
Grand Parade
  • The Grand Parade will start at 6.30PM. All Drivers MUST take part. Driver only will be permitted on his/her Race Vehicle
Award Ceremony
  • Trophies and Sashes will be presented on the track Infield to the first three place getters after the final results are confirmed
Post Championship Celebrations
  • You are invited to attend the function and presentation of prizes in the Eastern States Speedway Clubrooms (adjacent to Pit Gate) after the Championship results are confirmed
Rainout
  • In the event of inclement weather, racing will be held on the next suitable day at the discretion of the Promoter
